Who's behind Woofix?
10 years in the grooming industry. I wanted to build something more affordable.
I grew up in the grooming world working alongside my father on Mad Dogs Shampoo. I saw firsthand what it takes to run a salon. I thought it was absurd to pay $80/month for booking software when you're a small salon. Woofix is the tool I built to simplify groomers' lives. Simple, effective, and affordable.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does Woofix cost?
Three plans, priced per salon: Essential at $49 CAD/month, Premium at $99 CAD/month and Ultimate at $199 CAD/month. Every plan includes every feature, your own business phone number and unlimited confirmation, follow-up and general reminders — they differ only in active staff (1, 5 or 10) and monthly SMS credits for 2-way messages and alerts (100, 500 or 1000). Extra staff are $15 CAD/month each and extra credits $0.10 CAD each, which never expire.
Why do I have to book a demo before I can buy?
Because setup is the part that usually goes wrong. In 15 minutes we import your clients, pets and bookings, set up your services and pricing, and make sure the booking page works before you pay for anything. After the call you can subscribe from inside the app.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes! Contact us and we'll take care of importing your data (clients, pets, appointments) for you. That's what we're here for.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime, for free. Your data belongs to you 100%. We believe that if your software is good, you don't need to hold people hostage.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, Woofix works in your browser on any device — phone, tablet, or computer.
Is my data secure?
